Boxing
Learn techniques, footwork, form, speed and power. Fighters and beginners welcome. Training for amateurs and professionals.
Corporate Boxing
A complete boxing training program tailored for management and corporate personnel. Its about taking the challenge and 'throwing the monkey off your back' and putting your health and career on track… Those incomplete goals! well 'It begins here' again.
Eagle One
A beginner's muay thai kick boxing class that assists participants in developing proper and basic techniques. Enable participants to develop balance, proper breathing and overall co-ordination with a full-on cardiovascular workout. Learn self defence.
Eagle Two /
Boxing / Corporate Boxing
Advance Muay Thai and Boxing training/sparring for amateur, professional fighters and Corporate boxing competitors.
Eagle Sparring
An intermediate MuayThai/boxing sparring class for beginners who want to take the challenge to gain more confidence in the ring environment ( This is a block course and book-in class for members only).
Kick/box/fit
A 30seconds kick boxing and boxing fitness class where all training combinations are done in 30seconds intervals. High impact training based on speed and conditioning.
Personal Training
The best way to advance, learn and improve basic kicking and punching techniques, fitness and stamina by training with your own personal trainer
Sparring Class.
An intermediate sparring session where Tae kwon Do meets Thai boxing and Boxing . All padding and safe gear are to be worn for safety reasons. A fun session where participants experience different and free style sparring with proper techniques still the main focus.
Tae kwon Do (WTF)
As an Olympic sport TKD utilises a systematic and scientific training approach that brings out traditional martial arts into a competitive and contemporary platform where speed of action, co-ordination of kick structures and physical prowess count. Combined with Hapkido training this provides a fitness/self defence program that suits all. There is advancement to structured belt systems through attrition and disciplined training. Kids and adult classes available
Women only Boxing
A special fitness boxing class for women only with a full cardio work out with punch bags, focus mitts, speed balls and also ring work. 'Get toned, fit and co-ordinated'. Emphasis on techniques and conditioning.
MMA (Brazilian JuJitsu)
Learn the art of ground fighting and grappling in combination with our Eagle Boxing and Thai boxing training regime. This is action packed training, full fitness and self defence in action.
